Thrilled to announce that Sprayground acquired a new distributor for Malaysia, Singapore. Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. ASIA here we come! Our New Zealand distributor also reached out and hopefully we will be seeing the Kiwis wearing our brand, and that’ll be beaut mate!

Domestically speaking, Zumiez and Against All Odds put in new orders!

Even though some artists are still working on Spring 19 styles, a good portion of the team is focused on BTS19. The artists are developing new concepts for Sprayground as well as for Space Junk. Almost all Winter 18 hangtags for all the bag orders have been finalized. The team continues to make edits for past seasons contingent on production requests. Some of this week’s designs included X-men, Sprayground original characters, plus a collection inspired by Italian handbags.

Kudos to Garrett for creating his first tech pack.

The last BTS18 has shipped this week. A total of 87 % have been received in warehouse with 12% in transit by sea. Our QC team in China started to contact the factories to schedule FALL 18 inspections. Production is in the middle of sampling for Spring19, while wrapping up last minute added items for this Fall.

The office received and reviewed the 1st round of samples for Winter 18’s accessories – neck warmers, ski masks and gloves. In addition the team received tech packs for BTS19 and plan to start the sampling phase shortly.

The Licensing department met with perspective licensors this week such as Cartoon Network, Yu Gi Oh and Sesame Street. We are close to signing the Yu Gi Oh property and hope we can start development shortly. Some of the designers had the chance to sit with Cartoon Network’s creative team to brainstorming what concepts might work for the 20th anniversary, we can be creative with the Intellectual Property and use villains.

WWD, top media outlet for fashion is releasing the news for our LA pop-up.
